Contact your service provider

1. Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone. Contact your carrier and request an unlock. Your account may need to meet the requirements for Mobile Phone Unlocking Service. 2. Once your carrier has complete that they have unlocked your iPhone, follow the steps below.
